1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by AKSS Kosovo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AKSS Kosovo. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from making any bookings or purchases.

By using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Services Provided

AKSS Kosovo offers the following professional services:

All services are subject to availability. AKSS Kosovo reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3 Booking, Payment & Pricing

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be submitted through our official website or authorized representatives.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or required deposit.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking without explanation.
• Booking confirmations are sent via email within 24-48 hours of payment.

3.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
• VAT and applicable taxes will be added as per Kosovo law.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer to our verified IBAN: XK05 2202 1301 0010 3553 (TEB Bank).
• Full payment must be received before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional fees of 2% per week.

3.3 Pricing & Additional Costs

• All quoted prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Additional costs (visa fees, travel insurance, meals not specified) are the client's responsibility.
• Currency exchange rate fluctuations may affect final pricing.
• Custom quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

4.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

• Full refund if AKSS cancels for any reason within our control.
• Alternative event or date offered at no additional cost.
• Credit voucher valid for 12 months from cancellation date.

4.3 Force Majeure Cancellations

In case of cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, etc.):

• No refund if third-party vendors (hotels, airlines) do not refund.
• We will assist in recovering funds from third parties.
• Credit voucher offered for future events (12-month validity).

4.4 Refund Processing

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official support page.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
• Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

5 Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Provide complete and truthful information for bookings and applications.
• Travel Documents: Obtain all necessary passports, visas, permits, and insurance at your own expense.
• Compliance: Adhere to all event rules, local laws, and regulations of host countries.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain appropriate business etiquette and professional behavior.
• Timely Communication: Respond promptly to our requests for information or documents.
• Payment Verification: Always verify bank account details on our official website before making payments.
• Data Accuracy: Update contact information and business details as necessary.

6 Limitation of Liability

AKSS Kosovo acts as an intermediary and booking agent for various third-party service providers including, but not limited to, hotels, airlines, event organizers, and venues.

We are NOT responsible for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers.
• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines.
• Hotel service quality, overbooking, or accommodation issues.
• Event cancellations, postponements, or changes by organizers.
• Loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property or health.
• Visa rejections or entry denials by immigration authorities.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, terrorism, war, pandemics).

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances shall AKSS Kosovo be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

⚠️ We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and business insurance.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the exclusive property of AKSS Kosovo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Custom software and materials delivered to clients remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Client may receive a license to use delivered software, but ownership remains with AKSS Kosovo.

8 Data Protection & Privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: First, attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, both parties agree to mediation before litigation.
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Prizren, Kosovo, have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Any legal action must be initiated within 1 year from the date of the alleged breach.

10 Changes to Terms

AKSS Kosovo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
